Refund and Cancellation

1. Refund Policy

At Wander With Nitish, we aim to deliver memorable and hassle-free travel experiences. We understand that travel plans may change, and our refund policy is outlined below:

• Refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of respective service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport partners, and tour operators.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable service or processing charges.
• Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the travel date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the travel date are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business working days.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via our registered email address or official contact number.
• Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the time of request and the cancellation policies of respective service providers.
• Certain bookings, including promotional offers and last-minute deals, may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions, Wander With Nitish will assist customers in achieving the best possible solution as per supplier policies.
